Brownies


Ingredients:
2/3 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
180 grams dark chocolate
140 grams or 10 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 ¼ cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 eggs

Preparation:

 Preheat oven to 170°C / 350°F.




 In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and baking powder.
Grease and flour a square pan (24 cm x 24 cm) or line with parchment paper.

 Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Remove from heat and add the sugar and vanilla. Add the eggs one by one and mix well until it’s smooth and glossy. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix well.





 Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes until edges are set and center is firm but still just slightly underdone. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs attached.

 Let it cool 5-10 minutes before removing from the pan. Slice into squares and enjoy!
