Candied Cherry Tomatoes


Ingredients:
1 Pound Cherry Tomatoes
¼ Cup Olive Oil 
Salt
Black Pepper, coarsely ground 

Thyme, Rosemary, Basil or Oregano

Preparation: 


  Preheat the oven to 250F (120C).



 Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on a baking sheet as shown in the photo.


 Add the olive oil, sea salt, peppers and spices of your choice, thyme, rosemary, basil or oregano at your taste.


  Put them in the oven and leave them for 30 min or until golden. Let them cool and store them in a mason jar, add more olive oil if necessary. Disfruten!!
