Ingredients:

½ cup ground almonds
·
½ cup Parmesan cheese
·
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
·
1 tbsp finely grated lemon zest
·
½ tsp paprika
·
1 boned, skinless halibut or cod fillet, cut into 6
pieces
·
½ tsp each salt and pepper
·
2 tbsp mayonnaise
·
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
·
Lemon wedges
Instructions:
Toss ground almonds with Parmesan,
parsley, lemon zest and paprika in a shallow bowl until well combined.
Season fish with salt and pepper.
Blend mayonnaise with mustard and brush over top of halibut fillets.
Arrange fish on a baking sheet
lined with parchment paper.
Transfer to a plate and serve with
lemon wedges. Disfruten!
