Almond & Parmesan Crusted Halibut



Ingredients:
·      ½ cup ground almonds
·      ½ cup Parmesan cheese
·      2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
·      1 tbsp finely grated lemon zest
·      ½ tsp paprika
·      1 boned, skinless halibut or cod fillet, cut into 6 pieces
·      ½ tsp each salt and pepper
·      2 tbsp mayonnaise
·      1 tbsp Dijon mustard
·      Lemon wedges

Instructions:
  Preheat oven to 400F.

  Toss ground almonds with Parmesan, parsley, lemon zest and paprika in a shallow bowl until well combined.

 Season fish with salt and pepper. Blend mayonnaise with mustard and brush over top of halibut fillets.

 Dip each filet into the crumbs, patting so that they adhere.

 Arrange fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  Roast in the preheated oven for 14 to 16 minutes.

  Transfer to a plate and serve with lemon wedges. Disfruten!
